You can choose between having it cooked at your home, or I cook it from my home and deliver it to you.
To book the cost upfront is $75. (Holiday Prep whole payment is due when booked.)
Each meal lasts in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Any meals can be saved for up to a month in the freezer.
Do not worry about the quality of the meal after being reheated; meals reheated with the proper reheating methods will yield a result as if it was made fresh. This mainly includes oven and microwave, but can include air fryer if applicable. Each meal will include instructions on the best way to reheat every one.

No, they are just some my specialties that work best for Meal Prep. When we discuss preferences I can give you even more Meal Prep options! Extra sides are $30 extra for ~5 servings.
You can schedule a single cook day if you just want to try it out and see if you like it. The 5×4 plan is a great start because that service is $50 off your first set of meals!
Each one is describing how many different meals you are getting multiplied by the number of servings. So, 5×4 is 5 Different Entrees, each with 4 servings, totaling to 20 meals for example. + Groceries is the cost of the groceries needed for the meals. Things such as seasonings and flour will be provided by me. It basically only applies to the fresh ingredients needed such as chicken, beef, vegetables and fresh herbs to name some.
When you leave an inquiry about what service you would like and your phone number, I will send you documents with all the details and I’ll give you a call to talk it over! We can talk either through call or we meet up at the Cook site if you would like it cooked in your home, or a neutral spot like a Coffee Shop. There, we will discuss flavor and dietary preferences and figure out a menu and the grocery list. To finish the booking process, a day will be scheduled a deposit of $75 must be received, either through PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, direct deposit, check, or cash. The rest of the total of the service will be paid after services are fulfilled and signed off for.
